Our newest downlight just got an human-centric upgrade... introducing the tunable white version of the Nebo plaster-in downlight. Same minimalist trimless design that disappears into the ceiling. Same interlocking plaster frames to make multiple install a breeze. Same IP65 waterproof rating. Same 25º tilt. Now with a cutting edge tunable white LED chip which offers control over the colour temperature. From a warm 2200K white through to a cool 6500K white, and any value in-between, Nebo is perfect for human centric lighting schemes.
About tunable white LED
Also known as variable white, dim-to-white, or custom temperature lighting, tunable white LEDs allow the light colour to be adjusted - usually from warm 2700K white, to a neutral 4000K white, through to a cool 6500K white. A flexible lighting solution, easily switch from warm to cool depending on whether you need a calm ambiance or specific lighting for a task.Interlocking trimless frame
With an interlocking trimless frame design, Nebo can easily be installed individually or in a row, square or rectangular configuration. The plaster-in frame is fixed directly into the ceiling before being plastered and decorated for a seamless finish. The LED light engine is easy to pop in and out of the frame, making post-installation maintenance simple.Nebo is available in white or black finishes, with white or black inner baffle options. An optional fire ring accessory is available to make the fitting fire-rated. Dimmable with either 0-10V, TRIAC or DALI dimming drivers - see the dropdown or the specification tab for options.
Wireless dimming from your smartphone
This luminaire can also be used with the Casambi dimming units to give flexible control of all the lights in your home. Create the perfect mood for all situations wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.0 and save them as pre-set scenes on the Casambi app from your smartphone. Or control the scene at the touch of a button, either with Casambi wireless wall switches or with an off-the-shelf push dimmable on/off switch. Emergency pack available as an extra. By utilising the optional emergency pack, this luminaire can be used as a back-up emergency light fitting that complies with standard building safety regulations. In the event of a power outage, this high-performance fitting becomes a low-lux emergency light, operating at around 10% of its original performance with a battery life of 3 hours.
