Designed by architects Spratley & Partners, this new-build, replacement dwelling in a sensitive green belt location takes advantage of the countryside setting and views. The brief was to create a complimentary lighting design to marry with the contemporary rural aesthetic, and showcase the materials including a zinc roof, pre-weathered burnt timber cladding and brick.
