Eve by Lumina is the smaller variation of Eva, an LED table lamp with a modern design. Reminiscent of a firefly jar, Eve uses modern integral LED technology which projects from the base of the glass tube and reflects onto the upper cone. Instead of a dimmer wheel like the original, the streamlined version has instead a thin metal bevel on top and a touch-dimming base. The subtle and intriguing indirect warm glow can alternate between 3000K or a slightly more amber temperature of 2700K. Eve is perfect as a bedside table lamp or can be coupled with the Eva on a coffee table for a more dramatic effect. Available in anodised black and brass finishes.

In 1973 Tommaso Cimini took a bare transformer and created a simple handmade desk light. The result was Daphine, an iconic piece of functional lighting design that is displayed in the most important museums of contemporary art and design worldwide. From this success Lumina was born, with a passion for using the talents of designers such as Walter Monici, Riccardo Blumer, Yaacov Kaufman, Emanuele Ricci, Studio DDL and Foster + Partners to develop lighting that is unique, innovative and beautiful.
The family business is now in the hands of Tommaso Cimini's sons, Ettore & Andrea, who have retained the original values - all production still takes place in the Milan area and utilises the knowledge of local skilled craftsmen. The mix of creative design and artisan skill combines to create a memorable lighting collection where attention to detail is fundamental.
