The Lumina Limbus Pendant reflects a cosmos shrunken down into a suspension light. The double moulded glass diffuser allows its integral LED source to illuminate directly without glare whilst encasing the electrical parts and acting as a heat sink. Whether used individually or in a cluster, Limbus's frosted glass diffuser and metallic frame will stand out in any home.

In 1973 Tommaso Cimini took a bare transformer and created a simple handmade desk light. The result was Daphine, an iconic piece of functional lighting design that is displayed in the most important museums of contemporary art and design worldwide. From this success Lumina was born, with a passion for using the talents of designers such as Walter Monici, Riccardo Blumer, Yaacov Kaufman, Emanuele Ricci, Studio DDL and Foster + Partners to develop lighting that is unique, innovative and beautiful.
The family business is now in the hands of Tommaso Cimini's sons, Ettore & Andrea, who have retained the original values - all production still takes place in the Milan area and utilises the knowledge of local skilled craftsmen. The mix of creative design and artisan skill combines to create a memorable lighting collection where attention to detail is fundamental.
